But Ella Langley didn’t always look like the country superstar that she is today, with the 27-year-old sporting an entirely different look before she skyrocketed to fame.
In throwback photos, the Alabama-born beauty looks completely unrecognizable without her signature brown bangs covering her forehead.
Judging by photos of the songstress over the years, Langley seems to have undergone a total makeover shortly before the release of her breakthrough sophomore album Dandelion.
Fans on social media have been shocked by the star’s image overhaul, with one commenting, ‘This looks nothing like her!’
‘This is unreal. I’m wondering if the difference is just age or what?’ asked another.

It’s unclear who is behind Langley’s bombshell transformation, but the crooner has been working with professional stylist Stefani Colvin for the past few years.
Since switching up her look, Langley has become known for her signature bangs, plump pout, and ’70s-inspired country ‘n western wardrobe.
The rising star released her debut album Hungover in 2024, but it wasn’t until her sophomore effort Dandelion that she became the biggest new artist in the music industry.
Dandelion debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 back in April and broke streaming records for a female country artist.
The album’s second single, Be Her, peaked at No. 2 on the Hot 100, with Langley’s own hit Choosin’ Texas blocking it from the top spot.
It comes after Langley nabbed five awards – including female artist of the year – at the 2026 Academy of Country Music Awards.
The hitmaker also performed at the event, which was held in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

The Hope Hull native was named Artist-Songwriter of the Year and Female Artist of the Year, while Choosin’ Texas claimed the honors for Song of the Year and Single of the Year.
In addition, Don’t Mind if I Do, Langley’s collab with Riley Green, was named Music Event of the Year.
In her speech for Song of the Year, Langley said she was ‘at a loss for words’.
‘I’m trying to get to say something but I can’t,’ an emotional Langley told the crowd as she set an ACM record for most wins in a year by a single artist.
The singer, accepting the honors for Female Artist of the Year, named three of the four women she was nominated against – Lainey Wilson, Miranda Lambert and Kelsea Ballerini. Megan Moroney was also nominated, but wasn’t named by Langley.

‘Thank you to the women in this category – to the women in this life. This is a weird thing to do,’ she said.
‘And today, I was having a strange day … I walked right into Lainey’s room and she hugged me.’
Langley continued, ‘And all of a sudden, here comes Miranda Lambert in her pink hat … Kelsea, thank you so much for lovin’ on me.
‘I would not be standing up here without the encouragement of so many women.’
She added, ‘Thank you to the women – I would not be standing up here without them – so, thank you.’
She also thanked her ‘family, for showing up and being weird as always’ and Jesus Christ ‘for letting me do this for a living.’
Langley also played an acoustic rendition of her track Be Her in a performance at the event, which had been streamed on Prime Video.
