Fans have speculated that Married At First Sight’s ‘hottest bride ever’ Evelyn Ellis and her partner Duncan James have split after leading separate lives over the past two months.
The couple have not appeared together on Instagram since April, and Evelyn has been documenting her glamorous European summer as she attends high-profile events like the Grand Prix in Monaco and the Cannes Film Festival.
Duncan has remained largely Sydney-based, posting about work, fitness and everyday life.
Their lack of interaction on each other’s posts has fuelled speculation among fans.
‘Is she single now?’ one commented on Evelyn’s latest post.
A second asked: ‘Where is Duncan lately?’ before someone commented: ‘Someone has to work’.

A source told Daily Mail that the pair are in ‘very different places in their lives’.
‘They’re definitely living very different lives at the moment. Evelyn is embracing the international party scene, travelling from event to event across Europe, while Duncan is back in Sydney focused on work and routine,’ the insider said.
‘They’re in completely different places in life. Evelyn is chasing opportunities overseas and loving every minute of it. Duncan is much more settled and career-focused back home.
‘No one is saying there’s been a dramatic breakup or cheating scandal. It’s more that they’ve naturally drifted apart as their priorities have changed.’
The Daily Mail has reached out for comment.
Evelyn left Australia for Europe at the start of May.
She returned to the French Riviera for the second consecutive year as a special VIP guest of beauty giant L’Oréal Paris at the 79th Annual Cannes Film Festival, turning the heat up in a black gown by Ryan Patros.
Her dress featured intricate, shimmering beadwork cascading down to a dramatic, floor-sweeping train trimmed with voluminous black feathers.
Evelyn has been living it up on yachts in France and Italy

Taking to social media, the star couldn’t hide her gratitude, captioning her jaw-dropping snaps: ‘FOREVER A L’Oréal Paris girly. I honestly cannot believe I’m back here again at the Cannes Film Festival.

The Aussie reality star joined a bevy of A-list luminaries, including Penélope Cruz, Zoe Saldaña and Eva Longoria.
She then went on to attend the Monaco Grand Prix with several other influencers on a luxury yacht before travelling to Greece for a holiday with her gal pals.
Duncan and Evelyn announced that they were dating in May 2023.
The pair, who were pictured kissing and cuddling on a date night in Sydney, revealed it was ‘exhilarating’ and ‘freeing’ to finally go public after months of rumours.
The couple met on season 10 of the hit reality series Married At First Sight, but were initially paired with other participants – Evelyn married Rupert Bugden, while Duncan tied the knot with Alyssa Barmonde
‘We are in a relationship. This is our hard launch,’ Evelyn told Nine.com.au at the time.
