She was one of the most iconic stars of The Bachelor thanks to her infamous chocolate bath with hunky rope access technician Ritchie Strahan.
But fans of the reality TV franchise may struggle to recognise Alex Nation these days.
Alex, 36, showed off her major transformation as she stepped out with her former nemesis and Bachelor co-star Keira Maguire in Double Bay, Sydney, on Thursday.
The mother-of-three, who once sported bottle-blonde shoulder-length hair, now has long chocolate brown locks and has adopted a very different fashion aesthetic.
Gone are the tight skinny jeans with knee-high boots and tight bandage dresses she used to sport, in favour of a chic relaxed look – a pair of baggy chocolate trousers, a crisp striped oversized shirt and trainers.
She accessorised with a brown leather bag and went completely makeup-free to reveal her natural beauty.

Alex was not the only one to show off her transformation, with Keira — who has undergone several plastic and cosmetic procedures since her time on the TV show — flaunting her surgically enhanced bust in a low-cut black top.
Keira paired the revealing attire with tight black pants and a denim jacket.
The pair were catching up for a coffee at Indigo Cafe while in town to film a promo for The Traitors Australia, which they are both appearing in.
Keira and Alex were fierce rivals during their season of The Bachelor, with their clash kicking off when Alex was presented with the coveted white rose over Keira.
Alex went on to win the heart of Ritchie, and the two women shocked fans shortly after the finale when they stepped out for a girls’ day out in Melbourne.
Alex and Ritchie’s relationship was short-lived and they split a year after the finale.
On Bachelor In Paradise in 2019, she revealed the shock reason behind the pair’s separation.
While on the Fiji-based dating show, she and Ritchie candidly discussed the circumstances of their break-up two years earlier.

Alex implied their relationship ended after she had an abortion and Ritchie wasn’t there to support her because they were living in different states.

Alex later came out as pansexual and revealed she was dating a woman, Maegan Luxa, from her local Melbourne footy team.
They got engaged in December 2017, but split the following April.
She went on to start a relationship with tradesman Carson Jory and they got engaged in September 2021, one month after welcoming their son Maxwell.
But sadly they split in October last year after five years together.
Alex confirmed the split to the Daily Mail at the time, admitting the couple had recently ‘faced some challenges’.
‘Carson and I have recently faced some challenges in our relationship,’ she said.

Alex is now single after splitting from her fiance Carson Jory in October last year after five years together

They had announced their relationship in December 2020, weeks before revealing they were expecting their first child.
In 2023, they welcomed their second child, a daughter named Pearl.
Before her rise to fame, Alex became pregnant as a teenager with her then-boyfriend Joel Porter, to whom she was later briefly married. Her eldest son, Elijah, is now 16.
