But the Australian actress, 35, was in mum mode on Sunday as she stepped out with her 17-month-old son and husband Tom Ackerley, 35, in Los Angeles.
The family were spotted heading to their car after a low-key family outing, with Margot carrying her adorable toddler – whose name has not yet been revealed – in her arms.
Margot swapped her usual glamorous gowns for a billowy striped blouse, paired with black trousers and brown loafers.
She accessorised her ensemble with a quilted Chanel handbag and sunglasses, while allowing her newly-chopped bob hairdo to fall loosely in a side parting.
Her British film producer husband meanwhile dressed down in a grey sweatshirt and black trousers, while his son wore a brown-and-turquoise striped onesie.

The outing marks the first time fans have seen the ultra-private couple’s child since mid-2025.
Margot and Tom welcomed their son on October 17, 2024.
While the couple have kept his name a secret, Margot has previously opened up about how much she loves motherhood.
In August last year, the Barbie star told Entertainment Tonight that being a mother was ‘the best’.
‘It’s like, [when] you try to explain to someone who has kids, you don’t need to because they get it, and if they don’t, it’s probably just really boring to hear,’ she said.
‘So, it’s kind of like, ‘It’s the best,’ you know?’ the actress added.
Margot spoke briefly about her son again during an interview with Access Hollywood days later.
The blonde was filming a sit-down chat about her new film A Big Bold Beautiful Journey when her son started crying.

‘I’m so sorry by the way for how loud my baby is,’ Margot, whose son was off camera, said.
‘It’s a great soundtrack isn’t it? Great soundtrack!’ her co-star Colin Farrell, 49, chimed in.
Access Hollywood’s Scott Evans briefly ended the interview before resuming, and they proceeded to gush about Margot becoming a mother.
‘I’m sorry, I had to stop the interview for a sec, ’cause like isn’t there a part of you that’s like, ‘Yes!… That’s my baby right there!” Scott asked Margot.
‘Literally, every time, I want to go, I know, ‘That’s my baby! That’s my baby!” she said, before telling Colin, ‘You were there while he’s been growing.’
Margot’s pregnancy was made public in July 2024 and the couple enjoyed a romantic ‘babymoon’ to Sardinia, Italy, at the end of August.
They got married in 2016 and are co-producers on a number of projects, including Wuthering Heights, through their production company LuckyChap Entertainment.
