Our Yorkshire Farm’s Amanda and Clive Owen have revealed how they still manage to make their relationship work after their split.

The shepherdess, 51, still works alongside her ex husband Clive, who she split from in June 2022 after 22 years of marriage.

After it emerged that Amanda had been having a five-year affair with married businessman Robert Davies.

Their nine children Raven, Reuben, Miles, Edith, Violet, Sidney, Annas, Clementine, and Nancy all regularly help Amanda and Clive out on the farm.

‘Me and Mandy, we have had a strange few years and we’re now in a place where although we are not actually together, we are still in business together, we still have these kids together,’ Clive said in a new interview.

‘It’s a crazy situation but it isn’t – it’s the most sensible thing for everybody to do. Me and Amanda, for some crazy reason it’s worked alright. We’re not together, but we can keep things going to suit everybody and that’s what we intend to do.’

‘Things are good and I think being busy plays a huge part in keeping everybody’s focus,’ Amanda added to Yorkshire Live.

Amanda recently reflected on her family’s life on Ravenseat Farm in Swaledale, Yorkshire Dales.

Amanda told her Instagram followers: ‘It can be all too easy to forget what makes this life, place and job so worthwhile and rewarding.

‘When the rain is lashing down, the mud cloying and your body aches from the cold and sheer effort.

‘Then, amongst the haste and confusion, for a fleeting moment you look outwards and acknowledge just how blessed you are to be here in this invigorating, inspiring and thoroughly infuriating place.

‘I reckon that for the children, it’s this place and life that gives them an indomitable spirit and determination that will shape them well for the future, whatever path they choose, they will find their way.

‘As long as they are moving forwards and they don’t fear looking over the next hill and to the horizon then the sky really is the limit.’

Amanda enjoyed some time away from the Yorkshire farm this Tuesday, travelling to London with her daughter Edith for a glam afternoon at the Television and Radio Industries Club Awards.

She walked the red carpet at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel with Edith, 17, mingling with other TV names for the TRIC gongs.

Amanda looked chic in a black and white polka dot number with a statement lace-effect necklace.

Edith chose a pale pink dress teamed with sunglasses to keep cool in London’s scorching temperatures.

Hosted by TRIC president Dan Walker, the event celebrated the biggest names in television, radio and online content.

Amanda posted a message on Instagram announcing her split from Clive.

It said: ‘Clive and I are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate.

‘This hasn’t been easy, but we both believe it’s the right choice for the future of our family.

‘Although we are no longer a couple, we continue to work on the farm and co-parent together, with our number one priority the happiness and well-being of our children.’
