Lipa has already proven herself to be this year’s ultimate cool-girl bride. But more than that, what comes through in the wedding photos is that the couple seems radiantly happy. Turner recently told The Hollywood Reporter that he is creatively inspired by his now-wife. “You want to be inspired by the person you’re with,” he said. And though the couple’s careers require them to travel a lot, they manage all of it by being intentional in their approach to scheduling. He said: “We make sure that we’re together as much as possible.”

On the bride’s part, when she revealed their engagement to British Vogue last summer, she said she was particularly obsessed with her engagement ring. “It’s so me. It’s nice to know the person that you’re going to spend the rest of your life with knows you very well,” she said. The couple met around 2023 in London, and reconnected with mutual friends in Los Angeles, where they realised they were reading the same book: Trust by Hernan Diaz. They had both finished the same chapter, and Turner joked: “So we’re on the same page.”
