Channing Tatum shared a cryptic poem on Instagram on Monday about anxiety and ‘divorce’ four days after his ex-fiancée Zoe Kravitz got engaged to Harry Styles.
The poem is called My Brain And Heart Divorced by John Roedel and it portrays the emotional and physical strain of anxiety, where the mind and heart become divorced from other organs.
‘My brain and heart divorced a decade ago over who was to blame about how big of a mess I have become,’ the post began.
‘Eventually, they couldn’t be in the same room with each other. Now my head and heart share custody of me. I stay with my brain during the week and my heart gets me on weekends. They never speak to one another.’
Channing, who celebrated his 46th birthday on Sunday, split from Zoe in October 2024 after three years together, calling off their engagement.

‘He is completely smitten. He would jump off a cliff for her. Kravitz is on cloud nine and no one in their circle is surprised,’ an insider told Page Six.
Zoe has told friends that she said yes right away to Styles’s ‘old-fashioned, romantic’ proposal because she is ‘madly in love with him.’ The insider added she appreciates that the rock star ‘supports her in a beautiful, kind way.’
Harry recently said he had to have a ‘real, honest conversation’ with himself as to where he saw himself in five years after watching three of his closest friends get married.
The singer spoke about the ‘loneliness’ of fame and how he took a three-year hiatus from music to establish what he really wanted in life.
In an interview on Apple Music’s The Zane Lowe Show, Styles revealed he wants to get married and start a family.
He said: ‘I stop everything, then I get to decide what I want to bring back in. Like what are really the things that I want in my life?
‘If you’re like touring all the time and you’re doing this all the time and all these things, there’s no space to really choose.
‘I think I had a real honest conversation with myself about, okay, in five years, what do I want my life to look like? And then how do I make changes to aim at that? I don’t want to be the guy who’s on his own but was like, oh, I really did it.
‘I want to be fulfilled and I want to be in great relationships with people. I want to have great friendships with people. I want a family. I want these things. It just allowed me to go like, okay, what do I have to do to create space to allow these things to happen? I can’t just expect them to just happen to me.’
Styles went on to talk about the importance of building a future with the ‘right person’.
‘They hold you accountable to the person that they know you want to be. I think accepting flaws and stuff is like, yes, having understanding is wonderful, but you know that I want to be better than that.
‘So when you challenge me on something. It’s a gift to me, actually,’ he said.
Channing was famously handpicked by Zoe in 2021 to star as billionaire tech mogul Slater King in her feature directorial debut, Blink Twice, which earned $48.1 million at the global box office.
At the time, Kravitz had just finalized her divorce from Greyhound actor Karl Glusman after just 18 months of marriage.

Channing has a daughter called Everly Tatum, 12, from his nine-year marriage to Step Up co-star lady Jenna Dewan, which ended in 2018. Their divorce was finalized in 2024.

Channing- who was People’s ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ in 2012 – is still recovering from undergoing surgery for a severely separated shoulder in February, which he called one of ‘the lowest of the lows.’
