Larry Emdur has revealed the one celebrity his wife Sylvie would allow him to have a romantic tryst with.
Appearing on the new Nova podcast Bushie, hosted by Nikki Osborne, the Channel Seven star, 61, admitted his wife gave him a ‘hall pass’ for one Hollywood A-lister.
‘Has your missus ever given you a hall pass?’ Nikki asked, to which Larry replied with a flat: ‘Yes.’
When Larry admitted to never having cashed in his ‘hall pass’, Nikki asked if it was because he was in love with Sylvie.
‘No, because I couldn’t find it,’ he joked.
Larry then revealed his celebrity hall pass was none other than 2 Fast 2 Furious star Eva Mendes – although he had some trouble with her name.

‘Ava Mendes is very difficult to track down,’ he said, to which Nikki replied: ‘Who’s Ava Mendes? Eva Mendes?
‘You can’t even get her name right. She’s not going to shag you, Larry.’
Larry revealed that was precisely the reason Sylvie approved the hall pass in the first place.
His frank admission comes after he recently revealed a shock romance with a Channel Seven co-star.
He took to Instagram in July last year to share a photo that showed him getting up close and personal with one of his colleagues.
It was all in good fun, though, as Larry was merely recreating the viral footage of billionaire tech CEO Andy Byron, who was caught canoodling with his company’s HR chief Kristin Cabot at a Coldplay concert in Boston.
The affable TV veteran shared a side-by-side photo that showed the viral moment next to Larry looking very comfortable with the Sunrise Cash Cow.
Larry, playing the part of the HR exec with aplomb, looked chuffed to be in the company of his bovine belle, who lovingly wrapped her hooves around the presenter’s chest.

He captioned the hilarious photo with a sincere apology to his wife of 30 years writing, ‘Sorry, Sylvie x.’
The post was met with a flurry of laughing face emojis, with many praising the former Price Is Right host’s sense of comedic timing.
‘This killed me! Too good,’ wrote influencer Suzan Mutesi, before another commented: ‘I hope Sylvie will forgive you considering the increase in milk prices.’
The Morning Show’s news presenter Sally Bowrey also offered her sympathies.
‘She’s impossible to resist,’ she wrote alongside a cow emoji.
