Jonah Hill‘s luxurious former NYC abode has been listed on the market for nearly $12.4 million after the star ditched the limelight for a quieter life in San Diego.
The 42-year-old actor – who recently opened up about moving to the sunny SoCal city – initially purchased the NoHo residence back in 2015 for around $9 million and later sold the home in 2022 for $10.56 million.
The spacious loft, which is found in a historic building first built in 1885, has now hit the market once again for $12.35 million.
The 3,300-square-foot apartment offers four bedrooms as well as four and a half bathrooms.
The interior contains brick barrel-vaulted ceilings and wooden flooring throughout the rooms.
The living room area allows plenty of natural light to flood inside through large arched windows on one side.

It ‘was approached with a gallery-like sensibility, keeping the furnishings soft, neutral, and highly edited to showcase the dramatic vaulted ceilings,’ per Vesta designer Melinda Wolrab.
‘We leaned into a refined, tonal palette and sculptural forms to create a sense of calm and cohesion, allowing the architecture and its scale, light, and historic detailing to remain the focal point,’ Wolrab added in a statement to Vesta’s official website.
She explained that the ‘goal was to create a space that feels both timeless and distinctly downtown – elevated yet livable, where the design enhances the building’s heritage while offering a refined, modern perspective on luxury living.’
Project manager Bonnie Bruckheimer added that ‘every bathroom is spectacular.’
She also said that, ‘It’s not often you walk into an empty apartment and are completely enamored by its beauty.’
According to the website, the design and furnishings from Vesta can also be purchased with the home.
While Hill had been the previous owner, the actor has since been living a lowkey lifestyle in San Diego.
During his time out of the spotlight, The Wolf Of Wall Street star married Olivia Millar after they were first spotted together in 2022.

They also welcomed their second child while living a quiet life outside of Los Angeles.
Hill got candid about the movie to San Diego during a live recording of the SmartLess podcast last month.
He explained he and his family have been residing in ‘a very small town’ next to friendly neighbors, per People.
‘They never treat me weird or ask me about my job or anything,’ the star said. ‘And my neighbor is one of my great friends, Dr Sean…he’s here tonight. He never bothered me or was like, “Oh, what’s this person like?”‘
He also sweetly gave a special shout out to his ‘best friend’ and wife who was in the audience.
The actor recalled growing up in Los Angeles during the 90s, saying that it had been ‘such a cool place to grow up in.’
‘You had access to show business stuff, but you had access to punk and skating and graffiti and all the naughty stuff. And there was no internet. It was just so awesome.’
Also during his time away from the limelight, experts have estimated that Hill has dropped nearly 200 pounds.

‘And then I had my family and I got happy, and now all I want to do is be funny again,’ the star continued.
He added, ‘I’m, like, I want to go f*****g be funny in front of a crowd and that’d be awesome.’

Hill is also working on another upcoming movie titled Cut Off which he not only is starring in, but is also writing, producing and directing.
The cast of the comedic movie also stars Kristin Wiig, Adriana Barraza, Camila Cabello, Bette Midler and Nathan Lane.
The project is set to be released later this year on July 17 and ‘follows two rich siblings who are cut off from their parents,’ per an IMDB synopsis.
