Elizabeth Berkley, 53, made very rare sighting with in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The 53-year-old actress was with her only child, 13-year-old son Sky Cole Lauren, whose father is Greg Lauren of the Ralph Lauren fashion empire.
The teenager wore a Ralph Lauren T-shirt, which must have been a family freebie, as he strolled with mom through the parking lot of an Erewhon grocery store.
The Saved by the Bell bombshell first captured hearts as the smart and outspoken Jessie Spano on the hit 1990s sitcom, a role she later reprised and executive produced for the Peacock reboot.
As an actress, Berkley proved her range with a daring turn in the 1995 film Showgirls, sizzling as a Las Vegas stripper alongside Gina Gershon.
Although the film was widely panned at the time, it has since become a cult favorite, and Berkley has bounced back with a string of acclaimed roles.
She shone in supporting parts in hits including 1996’s The First Wives Club and Any Given Sunday, released in 1999.

Berkley looked every inch a proud mom when out this week with her teen son.
The pair were seen walking side by side after buying groceries at upmarket Erewhon.
The actress married Greg Lauren back in November 2003 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, after dating for three years. She wore a custom-made gown designed by Greg’s uncle, Ralph Lauren.
Though the actress has moved on professionally, she is constantly asked about her film Showgirls.
‘Of course it was disappointing that it didn’t do well, but there was so much cruelty around it. I was bullied,’ she told People two years ago.
‘And I didn’t understand why I was being blamed. The job as an actor is to fulfill the vision of the director. And I did everything I was supposed to do.’

She noted ‘no one associated with the film spoke up on my behalf to protect me. I was left out in the cold and I was a pariah in the industry I had worked so hard for.’
In a later interview she revealed that, after taking the daring part, she was ‘locked out’ of auditions and struggled to find work for years, a painful reminder of how brutal Tinseltown can be when you step out of line.
‘I wasn’t looking for shock value,’ she has said about her decision to take on the role. ‘That wasn’t my intention.’
