Don Diamont is arguably one of the most popular male sex symbols to ever come out of the daytime soap world.
And at age 63, The Bold and the Beautiful star is still just as handsome as ever.
Diamont sent his fans into a frenzy last week after posting a shirtless selfie to social media.
In the image, the soap legend grins at the camera while taking a late night swim.
‘I’ve been training in the pool at night for the last couple of weeks,’ he captioned the photo.
’20-30 minutes of interval sprints. I like changing things up. Great way to fire up the metabolism in the evening,’ he continued.

‘You may not have the ability or desire to get in the pool, but any kind of low or moderate activity post dinner is great for lowering your cortisol levels.’
Diamont then urged his followers to ‘take care’ of themselves before stressing that ‘doing a little something is better than doing a lot of nothing.’
Last year, Diamont stunned his followers by showing off his incredibly chiseled physique in another shirtless pool photo.
The actor, who was holidaying in the French Riviera with wife Cindy Ambuehl at the time, also touted the benefits of swimming.
‘That first picture might look like it, but I wasn’t just being a poser sitting around the beautiful pool at the [Hotel Royal-Riviera]. Lol!’ he wrote.
‘Cindy took that picture as I was taking a break from my vacation swim training. That big pool gave me a chance to switch up my training routine. I would swim at least a half hour a day,’ he continued.
‘Great cardio and great resistance training all in one. Swimming covers it all.’
In addition to swimming, Diamont is also a huge fan of boxing and weight lifting.

Diamont got his start on soaps playing Carlo Forenza on Days of Our Lives in 1984.
From there, he jumped over to The Young and the Restless, where he played Brad Carlton from 1985–1996, and then again from 1998–2009.
The father-of-seven then joined The Bold and the Beautiful, where he’s portrayed Bill Spencer Jr. since 2009.
In 1990, Diamont was named one of People magazine’s 50 most beautiful people in the world, becoming the first daytime actor to receive this honor.

He’s also a two-time Playgirl cover model, gracing the front of the racy women’s magazine in 1988 and 1995.
He married Ambuehl in 2012 after the pair met on the set of The Bold and the Beautiful. The couple share twin boys.
Ambuehl has since quit acting for a lucrative career as a luxury real estate agent.
Last month, the couple attended a launch party for the new BBTV app, which features more than 9,000 episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful.

CBS in particular has had a lot of success with soaps, with the network recently renewing Beyond the Gates for a third and fourth season.
