The I’m A Celebrity All Star jungle is set to lose a campmate on Tuesday night.
It has been revealed one of the cast is set to leave the jungle on the order of medics after falling ill and having to leave South Africa.
The star, who has not been identified, tearfully told their campmates: ‘I’ve just got something to tell you all. I didn’t feel very well this morning and the medics have advised I can’t return to camp. I’ve got to go home…
‘I don’t want to go. I’m absolutely gutted. I wanted to finish.’
The departure comes one night after David Haye and Gemma Collins were sent packing on Monday, shortly after Seann Walsh‘s eviction last week.

David could not resist taking a final swipe at Adam as he departed the jungle.
During his exit chat, the champion boxer, 45, was asked about his fractious relationship with the Waterloo Road star which exploded on screen and has caused backlash for both men.
He said: ‘No bad blood from my side. Look, I’ve been immersed in tough boxing gyms since I was ten years old…
‘Literally fighting daily, much bigger men than myself, pushing myself to the limits, physically and mentally. I won the world heavyweight championship against a seven-foot Russian giant.

‘When a grown man tells me that a fun TV show – where we’re being paid handsomely every single day – is the hardest thing he’s ever been through, it’s just not a frequency I recognise.
‘I was actually on my best behaviour there, honestly.
Then he warned: ‘I’ve spoken to Adam, I’ve said my piece and some of what’s still to air will speak for itself, I’ll leave it there.’
David chose to take fan favourite, Gemma with him because ‘The two of us were itching to get back to our partners, and I think we’d both earned it.’
