Lizzie Cundy gamely attempted her ‘best Baywatch’ impression on Monday in a series of swimsuit photos during her current stay in the Caribbean.

The TV and radio personality, 57, looked incredible in the fiery red one-piece as she posed for a series of sizzling snaps on the beach in Barbados.

Lizzie showed off her physique as she completed her holiday ensemble with a pair of black sunglasses.

She tied her blonde, highlighted hair into a swooped side plait and accessorised with a simple gold chain.

Captioning the post, she wrote: ‘It’s sizzling! Doing my best Baywatch. Def going to Seas the Day’ (sic).

Lizzie’s post was inspired by the hotly anticipated Baywatch reboot, which has begun filming in LA – with new lead stars Noah Beck and Jessica Belkin slipping into their iconic swimsuits.

Noah, 24, and Jessica, 23, have recently got to work as they hit the sand, showing off their beach bodies and following in the footsteps of OG icons David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson.

Other stars who have recently been announced to star in the upcoming show include Brooks Nader, Shay Mitchell, and Hassie Harrison.

The new Baywatch iteration will air for 12 episodes.

The show, which ran from 1989 to 2001, followed the lives of a group of lifeguards who patrol the beaches in Los Angeles.

It starred Hasselhoff in the lead role of Mitch Buchannon and also made a star out of Anderson, who played C.J. Parker.

Although it consistently received negative reviews from critics, Baywatch was a hit with viewers and became the most-watched TV show in the world during its run.

For its final two years on air, the show was retitled Baywatch: Hawaii, with future movie star Jason Momoa joining the cast.

Lizzie’s post comes after her beloved brother Peter suddenly died on New Year’s Eve.

At the time, she was in Barbados with her good friends Claire Sweeney and Paul Cavalier when she received the call that changed her life forever.

And it wasn’t until some time later that party girl and mother-of-two Lizzie discovered that Peter had suffered a cardiac arrest, leaving her terrified that the same thing could happen to her.

In a recent interview with Daily Mail, Lizzie said it was her mother, Gloria Miller, 91, who found Peter’s body.

After Peter was laid to rest in January, Lizzie shared a touching tribute for him with fans.

She posted a collage of photos of Peter taken over the years in her latest post, along with a blackboard reading: ‘A celebration of Peter Miller’s life’.

She also posted multiple black and white photos of her brother taken as a child.

Alongside the images, Lizzie wrote: ‘A final sad farewell to my brother … Thank you to all who attended and sent beautiful messages and thoughts.

‘Peter would have loved the send-off with Chelsea FC’s theme tune playing. We are all so sad beyond belief.

‘Grief is the price you pay for love …See you on the other side, Pete. Sleep tight bro.’
