Since she first showed it off last week, Zendaya‘s ribcage tattoo has been the talk of Tinseltown.

So, when Lily Collins appeared with a design in a similar place over the weekend, some may have assumed she took inspiration from her fellow actress.

But in fact, the Emily in Paris star was way ahead of the game – as hers was done a decade ago.

Zendaya revealed a tiny ‘T’ tattoo in tribute to her Spider-Man co-star and rumoured husband Tom Holland – courtesy of a very cutaway halterneck dress – at the Los Angeles premiere of her show Euphoria‘s third series.

Lily, 37, showed off her rarely seen Tinkerbell-style tattoo high on her ribcage at a TV festival, also in LA, on Friday.

She first showcased the delicate design at the Vanity Fair Oscars party in 2016 but, ten years later, it appeared a little more faded.

The actress is a long term tattoo fan, getting several in her mid 20s. She now has five – on her wrist, side and foot, with two on her back; most appear to have a floral theme, perhaps in recognition of her name.

Posing happily at PaleyFest ahead of a special screening of her hit show, Lily revealed the tattoo under her risqué red velvet top.

It shows a fairy perching on a crescent moon holding a dandelion, with the words ‘fragile thing’ next to it.

Lily’s foot tattoo of a rose – inspired by the quote ‘the nature of this flower is to bloom’ – was also visible on the red carpet.

The star once told a fan it was her favourite one, ‘because I am strong and resilient’ like a rose when ‘sometimes people think I am really delicate and small and fragile.’
