The 50-year-old Oscar winner – who wore blue jeans with a black quilted bomber – smiled as she led the 58-year-old German financier towards their waiting car.
‘It’s going well, but she is super private about it, as she has always been,’ an insider told Us Weekly last week.
‘She wants a partner but isn’t really looking for marriage again.’
Witherspoon and Haarmann (born Carl Ludwig Oliver Haarmann) were first pictured together in July 2024 while dining at Italian restaurant L’Artusi in the West Village.
The New York Islanders co-owner shares two sons with his ex-wife, SurgoCap Partners founder Mala Gaonkar, who married former Talking Heads frontman David Byrne last September.
